1. What Battis is — and is not

Battis is an information and productivity platform for dental professionals. It helps you research equipment, courses, events, industry developments, supplies and practice growth, and includes an AI assistant that answers questions using qualified sources.

Battis does not provide medical, dental, clinical, diagnostic, legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing on the Service is a substitute for your own professional judgement or for advice from a qualified professional. You must never use the Service to diagnose, treat or make care decisions for a patient. You are solely responsible for all clinical and business decisions you make.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for dental professionals and industry participants in India who are at least 18 years old and can form a binding contract. By using it you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@heybattis.com if you suspect unauthorised use. One account is intended per individual professional.

4. Information, pricing and AI-generated content

We aggregate information from third-party sources and corroborate it where we can, but we do not warrant that any content is accurate, complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. In particular:

• Prices and specifications are indicative and shown as ranges. They may be outdated or wrong — always verify with the authorised dealer or manufacturer before you rely on them or make a purchase.
• The assistant is AI-generated and can be incomplete or mistaken. Treat its output as a starting point, check the cited sources, and use your own judgement.
• Regulatory references (e.g. CDSCO/BIS notices) are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for the official source.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purpose;
• rely on the Service for patient diagnosis, treatment or emergency decisions;
• scrape, harvest, resell or bulk-extract content, or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• upload content you have no right to share, or that infringes others' rights;
• submit prompts or images intended to manipulate the assistant into unsafe or unlawful output;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your professional credentials.

6. Third-party products, dealers and links

Listings, dealers, events, courses and links to third-party sites are provided for information only and are not endorsements. Any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and them. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for their products, services, pricing or conduct.

7. Marketplace and listings

If you request a supply/refill or list used equipment, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. We may facilitate an introduction to a dealer but do not guarantee any match, availability, condition, price or sale, and we are not the seller or buyer.

8. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own professional purposes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

11. Indemnity
